The Metolius river has been fishing well. Nymphing with leeches, eggs, perdigons, two-bits and green copper jons has been producing fish. A few people have reported seeing green drakes so those are definitely a dry to have on hand as well as a variety of caddis and PMDs. Swinging larger streamers around is always a good way to try and find a bull trout or two as well as some larger redsides. The whole river is open now including the waters above Allingham bridge.
