Friday Afternoon Report:


The Point Loma reported 6 Yellowtail and 5 Dorado for their Full Day trip.


The Mission Belle reported 3 Yellowtail and 5 Dorado for their Full Day charter. 


The T-Bird returned from their 1.5 Day charter with 32 Bluefin Tuna, 1 Yellowfin Tuna, and 60 Rockfish for 20 anglers.

The Oceanside 95 returned this morning with LIMITS of Bluefin Tuna (36), 9 Yellowtail and 2 Dorado for 18 anglers on a 1.5 day trip.

Recommended tackle for any of these trips would include a 30# live bait rod, 50# bait/jig rod and a heavy outfit with 80# or 100# for sinker rigs / knife jigs.

Local trips:

The Daily Double offers ½ day trip departing every day at 8:30 AM and 3:00 PM. They have been fishing in the local kelp beds for bass, Barracuda and Rockfish. Call our office at (619) 223-1627 to book your reservation. (Schedule)
 
The Mission Belle has full day trips scheduled to fish offshore for Bluefin Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, Yellowtail and Dorado. Trips depart at 6:00 AM. NO PASSPORT required for this trip. (Schedule)

FISH PROCESSING RESERVATIONS 
If you're planning on taking a trip with us this season, we encourage you to set up an appointment with one of the 3 fish processors working with Point Loma Sportfishing. If you do not have an advance reservation, there is a strong chance the processors will be unable to process your fish when you return to the dock.
