At Prosser Reservoir, the morning troll has been good for cutthroat. Trolling in 30 feet of water seems to be the most productive for anglers. Anglers trolling in the mornings are having success near the dam side of the lake using rapalas, sierra spoons, or worms behind a dodger and needlefish. Prosser Creek Reservoir is currently at 94% capacity.
