The Point Loma just added a full day offshore trip for Friday 9-22-23. Trip price is $240 and includes the mexican permit. The boat departs at 6 am and returns at 6pm (arrival time could be later). Please arrive at least 1 hour before departure. No passport or passport card needed. (BOOK HERE)

Recommended tackle for any of these trips would include a 30# live bait rod, 50# bait/jig rod and a heavy outfit with 80# or 100# for sinker rigs / knife jigs.

If you're planning on taking a trip with us this season, we encourage you to set up an appointment with one of the 3 fish processors working with Point Loma Sportfishing. If you do not have an advance reservation, there is a strong chance the processors will be unable to process your fish when you return to the dock. The Oceanside 95 caught 22 Bluefin Tuna and 1 Mako Shark on their Overnight private charter. The Daily Double returned from their AM 1/2-Day trip with 44 Sculpin, 35 Sandbass, and 6 Whitefish.
