The lake level is at 90% capacity. The fishing has been slow. I saw a couple people fishing last week, mainly just enjoying the views and the warm afternoons.

Silver Lake: The lake level was up and the boat ramp has plenty of water to launch
Caples Lake: Fall fishing is good for mackinaw and large brown trout
Woods Lake: The lake is scheduled to close on the 31st of October
Blue Lake Lower: The road will remain open until the first snow flies in the area
Burnside Lake: The lake was planted recently by the CDFW with catchable trout
Indian Creek Reservoir: The lake is still at a caution level for Blue Green algae
Topaz Lake: The lake level has dropped a few feet over the last few weeks
West Carson River (CA): The river is running at 30 CFS
East Carson River (CA): The river is still running high for this time of year at 120 CFS
Markleeville Creek: The river was running at 26 CFS last week

Caples Lake: Capacity and is scheduled to remain high into the fall season

Woods Lake: The CDFW planted the lake last week with catchable rainbow trout

Blue Lake Lower: The road is open to lower and the upper lake
Highland Lakes: The lake has small brook trout
Burnside Lake: The CDFW planted the lake recently with catchable rainbow trout

Topaz Lake: Trollers have had best action with small flashers and a half of a nightcrawler
