Striped bass are becoming more active below Davis Dam. Anglers have caught fish as large as 5 pounds from the shoreline as well as boats. Anchovies are the most reliable bait, but anglers are also reporting success with a variety of swimbaits. Rainbow trout are hanging out in shaded pools near currents.
