What a start to our trip. We arrived around noon with a great surprise of these 30-50lb yellowfin tuna and 15-24lb yellowtail. Very good sign of fish boiling around right as we were getting our anchor down. Mike Banda with this 45 plus pound yellowtail to start his trip out. We are going to try and make some scad mackeral and try again tomorrow.

Today Captain Roy did a tackle seminar this morning and discussed what species we will be targeting, talked about limits, etc. Spent the rest of the day getting everyone rigged up for yellowtail fishing and a possibility of tuna. We will be fishing by 11am tomorrow morning. Wish us luck ......
