The turbidity gage has been on a yoyo, it spiked last week at 15 and is now half of that and dropping. Clarity on the top end below the dam can't be great, but could be worth checking out. Larger, dark nymphs and streamers like the TJ Hooker, Rubberlegs and leeches are what fish will eat in these circumstances. Other strategies would be to fish Sculpin patterns on sinking or intermediate lines. The good news is the fish feel super comfortable and can be caught right at your feet.
