The Metolius is settling into its winter rhythm. BWOs are your best bet, with late morning to early afternoon being the prime window. Stick to emergers like Sparkle Duns if you’re chasing risers. PMDs and Cinygmula are still popping occasionally but are slowing down. Nymphing with golden stones, peacock stones, or slush egg patterns will keep you busy as the weather cools.
