There were some very nice rainbow trout in the reservoir this summer and fishing was good this past fall. Ice is now eight or more inches thick on most of the reservoir but as the reservoir continues to fill edges may be open or thinner than older ice. Some open water and thin ice remains near the inlet of Warm Springs Creek. There are bull trout in the reservoir, if you catch a bull trout you must release it unharmed.
