Thief Valley Reservoir has completed filling with water. Ice conditions are likely unsafe for travel. However, this reservoir usually opens up quickly especially in the area around the boat ramp. The reservoir was restocked with trout in November. Most were small (less than 8 inches), but they should be catchable in the spring after growing over winter.
