The flows on the river have been bouncing around a little bit but it hasn’t seemed to affect the fishing much, we’re still getting a lot of very good reports from down there. Most of the action is still from the lower section below the bridge as opposed to the upper “Miracle Mile” section. Nymphing still seems to be the best method to hook up fish though we have had a couple good streamer reports early and late in the day. Some patterns that have been working: zebra midge, flashback emerger, perdigon, hare’s ear, copper John, San Juan worm, squirmy wormy, worm jigs, darth baetis, sculpzilla, dead drift crayfish.
