As flows still hover at 50 CFS on the Little Truckee, we are continuing to recommend not fishing out here and give these highly pressured and overworked fish a much-deserved break until there is a change in releases out of Stampede Reservoir. We hope this consistent continued message we send helps anyone who considers themselves a conservationist, that understanding one's impact on a fishery and knowing when to say when is a very important step towards caring for the places we love.
