The weather has been beautiful this week should continue for the next week or so. Fall colors are everywhere.

DFG BROUGHT 1200 POUNDS OF TROUT THIS WEEK. THERE WERE SOME VERY NICE FISH IN THE LOAD. JESS RANCH WILL BE BRINGING A LOAD NEXT WEEK.

The best crappie fisherman has been the Osprey this week. He was seen eating a large crappie on the top of the telephone pole near the tackle shop.

Notables: Merle Boyd and Greg Porter of Carlsbad, caught 9 trout, with the largest at 2 pounds.
