Fly fishing on the East walker has been awesome. Chris Evison, guide for the Reno Fly Shop has been getting clients into 10 to 30 fish a day as of late. Everything from Dry Stone Fly patterns to streamers has been catching fish. Check the flows before you go. The best flows are between 50 cfs and 200 cfs. It is even better if the flows have not fluctuated in a couple days before fishing.
