The area around the dam is iced out and the fishing has been great. There have been reports of 20 to 30 fish days already. Fish the coves within a mile or two of the dam area. It is still tough to get around to other parts of the lake. Snail patterns fished with a type two sinking line is working great. Nymphing with small nymphs such as hares ears and bird\\\'s nests either under an indicator or stripped slowly is also worth a try.
