Water Conditions
Flows were up to about 300 cfs for two days . . . now down to, then down to 262 as of 4/2 and 174 cfs on 4/3 until now, 4/5.
Guy on the valve has happy fingers.

Fishing Conditions and Hatches
Good on the second day of constant flow but the daily changing flows have the fish a little freaked so watch the report and it should be back to excellent after the flow stabilizes again.
Midges early then some solid baetis hatches midday. Nymphing and dry action has been good to excellent.
Guides have been doing better below the bridge.

RECOMMENDED FLIES
Dries- Extended Body BWO, Last Chance BWO and small Parachute Adams
Nymphs- Surface Emergers, WD-40\'s and Zebra Midges in the 18-22 range.
Streamers- Throw dark patterns and very slow retrieve on the swing as close to the bottom as you can manage.
