You will need to bring your GPS and good walkingshoes. Stop in at the tackle shop on the West Shore to get the flyer with the clues and coordinates. The Ranger will give you directions for the Trail Head.

Brent and Ryan Woody withMitch Reynolds were fishing at Heron Point and caught 75 Crappie and 7 trout. Thomas Hayslip hooked onto a 5 pound Bass and 2 trout at Pumphouse Cove. Jack and Brianna Delessio used a Rapala from a boat and limited out with 5 Trout each. There was a channel catfish plant last week. 200 pounds of nice size cats. There was a trout plant this week. 900 pounds of rainbows. The free fishing class is held every Saturday at 10 AM at the Launch Ramp.

The weather has not cooperated this past week. It was cool and blustery. However, it looks to be a great week-end and next week is supposed to be warm and not windy.
