Midges and Baetis are still coming off, especially early and late, but high flows make for difficult presentations. Guides and better anglers are scoring some excellent fish. fish don't seem as wary at higher flows when they can't see you as well. Work the cut banks, the average guy walks right up and pushes the fish out, big brownies are being caught at the banks.
Recommended Flies:
DRIES: Break out the hoppers #10-14, #16 to 18 Parachute Adams, or Brooks Sprout Baetis. CDC Baetis paterns #18. Gray Caddis patterns late.
NYMPHS: #20 Flashback Optimidge. #18-20 Zebra midges. Late go with Nori's Caddis Pupa or Gallitan's Pupa in size 20. #16-18 Flashy Scuds, all colors.
STREAMERS: Try big and dark streamers early and late, #10 Doc's BH in black
