Flows are 22 CFS. This is extremely low for any time of year. It has been fairly warm over the past week and there is not much ice around. Baetis have been hatching and the fishing has been pretty good. At 22 CFS it really should not even be open to fishing. If we get the cold weather that looks to be approaching it could freeze over completely by next week. Hopefully the water master has a heart and lets a little more water out of Bridgeport reservoir as it gets colder. If you are going to go to the East Walker keep in mind that you could get there and have to turn around and go home if it is frozen. Keep an eye on the overnight lows in Bridgeport if they start to drop below 20-25 degrees at these flows it will be unfishable soon.
