So much for spring. As I sit here writing this it has been snowing for about 10 hours. The pear and plum trees have been in full bloom and will probably freeze tonight. But that is life in the country. It should be a nice week though.

Finally spring has sprung. The days this week have been sunny and warm which has the grass growing and birds singing. The Canadian geese have already chosen their nesting places aroung the lake. The turkey toms are in the meadows strutting and gobbling and the deer are shedding to their summer fawn coats. In other words now is a great time to come up and watch wildlife and daffodils. Mt. Lassen brought us 1,000 lbs. of trophy trout on Thursday and......
