So far only 2 of the tagged trout have been cought. The tagged trout will win you a nice lake prize when you turn it in to the tackle shop.
DFG has stocked us twice in the last 10 days so come on up and get your portion.
Weather has been a mix of sun and drizzle with some cool mountain air blown in. Guess we can't complain about not having a Spring this year. Everything is so green it hurts your eyes.

MT LASSEN HAS DELIVERED 1000 POUNDS OF THEIR EMERALD TROUT THIS WEEK. FISHING SHOULD BE EXCELLENT. ASK THE RANGER ABOUT OUR FREQUENT FISHER CARD AND DON'T FORGET ABOUT THE FREE FISHING CLASS HELD EVERY SATURDAY MORNING AT 10 AM. PRIOR TO MEMORIAL DAY WE WILL BE STOCKING 5 TAGGED, TROPHY SIZE TROUT. THESE TROPHY TROUT WILL BE COMING FROM MT LASSEN ALONG WITH A 1000 POUNDS OF EMERALD TROUT.
