Hello Anglers,

The past two days have been exciting to say the least. Our mornings have been a little slow but at around 1400 the big ones start to show around the boat good. Whether they are chasing skipjack, flying fish or sardines, yellowfin from 100 to 200 plus pounds have been flying through the air putting on a good show. Yesterday we had 26 fish in the afternoon that averaged 165 to 180 pounds and several from 190 to 209 pounds. We seemed to hook the big ones on both the kites with squid and sardines. Nothing has been coming after dark. Today, the 17th, we had a even better day with 7 fish from 185 to 195 and 4 fish from 200 to 218 pounds. Once again the average was 150 to 175 pounds. The show they put on this afternoon was worth the price of admission. We had a chance to troll around in the skiffs today and had very good success on the wahoo for the time we did it. We are hoping for another successful day tomorrow and we will check in then. Shawn and the crew

The Red Rooster is down at the bank and had a bit of a shark problem in the A.M. hours but picked some good quality in the afternoon. We will be arriving at 1000......
