Hello Anglers,

Today we arrived at Fisherman's Landing around 0600 from our annual Stout\Eppler 3 day trip. With the usual group from the trips years past we had a very good attitude around the boat when fishing was less then perfect for us. The first day we left we headed down to the grounds and picked up 11 fat albacore before the sun went down. The following day, we along with the rest of the fleet took a tour out to the west to look for a new area to fish. For the seven boats that ran out to the area we all came up with basically the same thing, not much. Alot of good territory was looked with alot of bait but just a handful of fish for us. Our last day which was yesterday our luck had changed with a steady slow pick through out the day with nice albacore and a few nice yellowtail to go with them. Not a barn burner by any means but enough to ease the pain a little bit. Our jackpot winners are as follows Doug Dulude with a 43.3 pound albacore Tom Burson with a 42.3 pound albacore Jeff Radtke with a 41.6 pound albacore Today we leave on a Braid Products 5 day trip and we will check in daily for the web.
