Hello Anglers,

Today was the first day of a six day trip and we started offshore for albacore and yellowtail. The fish seemed to be down today with not a whole lot to show for our efforts. We picked up 41 Albacore 30 to 45 pounds. We also fished a kelp that we picked up 31 yellowtail from 15 to 27 pounds which is outstanding size for yellowtail on kelp paddies. The weather was a little choppy but plenty workable for us. Tomorrow we are going to try our luck on some yellowtail so we will check in tomorrow. Shawn and the crew
