http://www.tributesportfishing.comHello Anglers, Well for day two of our trip we drove on out to the Albacore area, and were once again welcomed by flat calm weather and fish that were willing to bite. The Albacore would come to the boat on most every stop, and the grade of fish was just beautiful. These fish out here are between 25 and 35 pounds, we even managed one over 40 for Jean Tolson. Later in the day we moved to an area were more Bluefin were being seen, and after hitting a few UN cooperative spot, we finally got one to stick. I want to let you guys know now that if you are going fishing on a 4 day trip or longer, you want to bring a couple of heavier rods. At least one 60 and one 80 pound outfit each. The fish on our last stop were all over 100 pounds. We ended up with 5 fish boated from 100 to 146 pounds, and for those of you who have fished big Bluefin before know that they aren't easy. We had guys pulling on fish for over two hours, Jean Tolson hooked his fish on 60 pound at 7 o clock and pulled on it through dinner. We lost that one at color at 9:30, the fish finally wore through the line. So make sure you aren't one of the guys saying (I knew I should have brought my 50 wide) gear up properly. Mike Pritchard
