Bill Cavanaugh called in to give a report on the current Pacific Queen Trip. The first words out of Bill's mouth were, "We are having some amazingly good fishing down here. We have 34 people on board. We have good weather down here, we have maybe 10 knots of wind. We are just finishing up the best stop we have had or even heard of all year. We have limits of Bluefin tuna for one stop for 34 guys. We got 170 Bluefin on one stop. We got about 15 Yellowfin tuna mixed in with it. This is really something else, very impressive we had an awesome time on this fish. It is actually still around us, we are still hooking fish. The heart of this bite is pretty much over, but we are pretty stoked."

Bill got a call from the Spirit of Adventure down the road a little ways and they said they had the best bite of Yellowfin tuna that they have seen offshore in a long, long time.

So things are really shaping up and that was probably the most impressive one stop Bluefin tuna that Bill has seen in a number of years.

The next available time to go out on the Pacific Queen that has space on it is a Day & One-Half Trip that leave next week departing on Wednesday night. Bill is pretty sure that Drew told him that there were 17 people signed up on that trip but everything else is full right now.
