http://www.eclipsesportfishing.comMark Gillette called in to give us an update on the Eclipse, "I talked to Capt. Rick Podolack about 2 O'Clock and they had limits of Yellowtail so far for the day. It is the first day of a 2.5 Day trip and they had 25 mixed tuna. Eighteen of those fish were Bluefin and 6 of them being Yelllowfin and 3 Dorado.
"It was said the weather was coco butter, kitty, kitty beautiful weather, water was 70 degrees & blue.
If you want to get aboard the Eclipse the next opportunity will be an Open Part 1.5 Day Trip leaving Sunday night. The opportunity after that would be a 2 Day Trip leaving Tuesday night." Mark Gillette called in to give a report of the Eclipse 1.5 Day trip, "We are out on a Day and one-half charter, we got lucky this morning we got a decent kelp here for 37 Bluefin tuna. It was a lot of fun, a very lively batch of fish. We hoped to find some of those Yellowtail that were around. Unfortunately we went through 15 to 20 kelps here today for not a whole lot.
