http://www.truckeeriveroutfitters.comFlows are down to 25 CFS. This coupled with cold air and water temperatures this time of year really makes the East Walker hard to fish. Anchor ice forms around the banks and makes wading really tough. The California side is not as bad due to its proximity to a little warmer water in Bridgeport Reservoir. When the water gets down to 25 CFS it really puts a lot of stress on the fish, especially when the water is this cold. Keep an eye on the flows and the daytime highs in the Bridgeport area before heading down to the East Walker.
