STRIPED MARLIN. That is correct folks. It was 220 lbs. One of the biggest STRIPED MARLIN caught and released in Cabo this year. It was caught on a live Caballito. The fighting time was 2 hrs. & 20 minutes.They also caught a 80 lb. STRIPED MARLIN that was caught on a live Caballito and took 25 minutes to get to the boat. Fishing on the EL BUDSTER I.The Mark Crawford party from Dallas, TX has an excellent day. They catch and releases THREE STRIPED MARLIN ( 90 - 110 - 130 lbs.) All were caught on live Caballitos. The fighting times were 25-40-45 minutes.Fishing on the EL BUDSTER II. The Ron Fimiani group from York, PA catches and releases two STRIPED MARLIN ( 120 & 140 lbs.) Both were caught on live Caballitos. The fighting times were 30 & 40 minutes.They also caught two DORADOS 30 & 35 lbs. and a 40 lb. YELLOWFIN TUNA. Nice going guys.All the fish were caught 20 to 22 miles out of Cabo. The water temp. was 74-76 degrees.

Today, only the EL BUDSTER goes out fishing. They see a number of STRIPED MARLIN but are unable to get any hook ups. Let us hope that tomorrow is a better day. The water temp. was 76-78 degrees.......

Fishing on his second day on the EL BUDSTER I. Louie Chavira from Rancho Cucamonga, CA has a fine day. He catches and releases a 120 lb. STRIPED MARLIN. It is caught on a live Caballito and takes 35 minutes to get to the boat. He also catches two DORADOS ( 25 & 45 lbs.) and a 25 lb. WAHOO. They fished 18 miles out of Cabo. The EL BUDSTER does not catch fish today. The water temp. was 75......
