http://www.excelsportfishing.comJustin Fleck called in with this report from the Excel, "We are currently heading down on the Ralph Mikkelsen 17 Day Big Fish Special. We left yesterday morning with a little bit of rain, a little wind but not to bad. We have a good load of bait, cruising down south right now. It is a little bumpy going this way but the weather forecast looks like it is going to lighten up by the time we start fishing.
"We are heading down to Hurricane Bank to start off the trip. We'll probably be on a similar schedule as our last trip. We will start our on the outside, if it doesn't lookright we'll end up on the inside. Hopefully we'll make a catch at one of those two places. Everybody is having a good time hanging out, reading books, playing some games, watching TV. We'll have our first tackle seminar today. We'll go over some Wahoo safety, spend the rest of the day making some leaders, rigging some guys up, putting some reels on some rods.
"We still have plenty of room on our next trip that leaves on May 10th. It is the Pals & Gals Trip. There are about 15 or 16 on there, we would like to get a few more. So if you would like to book a trip make sure you call the office at 619-223-7493 and book with Jason. We'll have another report tomorrow."
