We only had a couple reports from the West but they were all good. Sounds like the spinner fishing was the best, panther martins and mepps were the lures of choice.

East Walker River Sceirine Ranch: Excellent fishing at the Sceirine Ranch
Bridgeport Reservoir: The fish were happy at Bridgeport Reservoir and so were the fishermen

Twin Lakes (Bridgeport): Excellent fishing at Twin Lakes for the trout opener, largest fish was 8.63 lbs.
