http://www.excelsportfishing.comMike Ramirez checked in with this report for the fishing aboard the Excel, "Today we fished the Ridge area. We had excellent Yellowtail fishing on the 18 to 30 pounders. You could catch pretty much all you wanted.
"Once we got our fill of those we headed offshore. We found a little area with porpoise, we were able to take away about 30 Yellowfin tuna at 25 to 30 lbs. before it got too dark on us.
"We're going to spend the night out here again. We'll drift off the edge here and hope to find more tuna tomorrow. We'll call back tomorrow and let you know how we do."
