One anchor job

We got to the beach just after 1000 and it didn't take long to find a good school of yellowtail to go to work on. After dropping the anchor, the yellows attacked the boat eating everything we put in the water. Fly lined baits, yo yo's, surface iron, dropper loops, poppers, you name it they were eating it. When the dust settled we had all the quality yellowtail that we could handle. There were also a few bonuses in the mix with ten yellowfin, seven bluefin ( one 50 pounder), and a dozen or so dorado also coming aboard. We will be on the lee side of Cedros Island trying for bass and halibut for the rest of today.

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619)223-7493 to get in on the action.
