"Today was spent catching and fishing for these beautiful 25 to 40-pound fish," recollected Independence skipper Jeff DeBuys August 2. "Although not every school we hit wanted to bite, we caught enough to have a fun day on board here. The weather was good to boot. We are going to give it another try tomorrow. Please wish us luck.
