Prizes
Prizes are for the biggest single fish caught, with prize packages ranging from $1000.00 for 1st Place to $200.00 for 5th Place. Tournament starts at 6:00am-2:00pm, with weigh-in ending at 2:30pm.
This year we'll feature complimentary boat test-rides, exhibition booths with show discount specials and will end with the "Super Raffle" with thousands of dollars worth of great fishing related prizes. We'll again feature the charity "Live Guide" auction. The slight difference is this year, the auction will be held on our Striper King Classic Facebook page.
There will be several updates/notices for interested anglers coming in the next few weeks.
Pre-Tournament Seminar
The first notice is the Striper King Classic 2 "Pre-Tournament" Seminar that will be held on August 25th in Temecula. One of Diamond Valley Lake's top guides will be headlining, along with the latest striper fishing techniques. Details for this seminar will be on our Striper King Classic Facebook page.
The Striper King Classic 2 is open for all anglers: first timer's or if you consider yourself pro. Shoreline or boat angler's are welcomed. This is not a club type event, it's open for the entire fishing community. Our goal is to raise as much money as we can for Valley-Wide Recreation and Parks District. We hope to see everyone come out for a great day of striper fishing and fun events for the entire family.
