Not only did we have limits of bluefin tuna by lunch time, we also had good fishing on yellowtail, yellowfin tuna, and dorado. These guys had a huge day. There was one stop where we had 60-100 pound bluefin crashing everywhere around the boat. We only landed one, but lost seven others, what a heartbreaker. There were also some of that good grade yellowfin in the mix. We will be here again tomorrow. Wish us luck.

Hello anglers, Today we departed on our Tuna Wars charter with a full load of familiar faces. After picking up our bait, we cleared Point Loma just after noon. We will be starting off our trip offshore looking for tuna. Wish us luck.......

We finished up our trip with good fishing on 30-45 pound tuna offshore. There is incredible sign of fish moving into the local waters in 1 1/2 day range. Very exciting. I want to thank the Sogioka family for being such good friends and I wish them the best in these difficult times. We will miss you Norm. Excel Family......
