"We put ourselves on the offshore grounds at daylight for the last day of fishing," said the report from American Angler October 17, "and after having the jigs in the water five minutes the hookups began. Steady strikes on school size yellowfin tuna kept us busy, one to five at a time all the way up to lunchtime. With one particular stop, we managed to pick up four standout grade yellowfin from 30 to 47 pounds. Not pushing fate, we wound in the jigs just after lunch and headed home.
