"Our day started with 25 knots of wind and a pretty big swell," reported Searcher November 11. The photo shown above is of Norm Fujimoto, taken the previous day.

"We were happy to have our anchor down and secure. We had to wait for the wind to subside before we ventured off looking for wahoo. Just before lunch we pulled the anchor and trolled around for a few hours with no success. Maybe the wind was a factor.

"We landed a few small yellowfin tuna while anchored and that was our day. Bill Zemba landed a 35-pound tuna and Ted Bible landed a wahoo that was hooked by Capt. Cole. Those were the highlights for the day. We are headed south to try for big tuna. Wish us luck!"
