"We didn't get down to the ridge area until mid afternoon today," posted Red Rooster III skipper Joe Crisci December 10. "The speed coming down wasn't all that good. We got the jigs in the water and started to pick up some wahoo. We hooked 16 skin fairly quickly then they backed off. There were some very small tuna in the area but we weren't all that interested in them. So after trying it on the anchor for the sunset we are heading further south in search of something better. We will be on location first thing in the morning. Hopefully there is some action to be had."
