Today we started fishing outside of Puerto Vallarta in grease calm weather. Even though we did see lots of fish, they were not the size that we were hoping for. Most of the guys were able to get a couple on the poppers and jigs, but for the amount of fish around here, they just didn't bite very well. We did see a little bit of sign late in the day of bigger grade fish pushing bait around. Our plan is to start in this area in the morning and if it doesn't work out, there is a lot of good spots to check out in this zone. Wish us luck.
