The East is flowing at 22 cfs at this time, we're starting to see a few more anglers on the river now that the below zero weather seems to be behind us. We have had mostly good reports from the river though there have been a few anglers that haven't done that well. The folks that are doing well are still using small midge patterns near the bottom with some occasional good dry fly action. Haven't heard much about streamers yet but they should pick up as the water temps warm up a bit. Patterns to try include blood midges, flashback emerger, zebra midge, WD-40, GT emerger, parachute adams, blue wing olive, blue dun.
