Flows are down to 50 cfs. That is not to bad for this time of year but the fish are starting to get a little spooky. Approach holes and runs carefully and take your time to look for rising fish. There are chances to catch fish on the surface if you use a stealthy approach. Try PMD's and Baetis dries in size 16-20. Nymphing is also worth a try with small indicators or even a dry dropper set up. Mid mornings are best.
