The catching campaign continued south in search of fish today. We looked hard in windy conditions and found a few paddies holding a mixed grade of Yellowtail. Melissa Rayner managed to wrestle a nice 25 lb. yellowtail to the gaff. Today was a good tune up for the action we hope will follow in the next couple days. Once again chef Chris dazzled us with another fantastic meal.......

We Departed today on Capt. Cloyes ninth annual catching campaign with a limited load of excited anglers. After getting settled in and under way we were treated to a spectacular acrobatic display by a big pod of porpoise. Capt Willy then presented everybody with the new and improved 2007 catching campaign t-shirt which is always a big hit among both passengers and crew.
