The Dolphin has been getting into a nice mix of surface and bottom fishing. Dropping down gets you good rockfish fishing with a shot at lings and sheephead. Closer to the surface you will find the calico bass are biting and now barracuda as well.
*For our half day trips please arrive 30-45 minutes prior to departure in order to check in and ensure your spot on the boat.

Half day fishing aboard the Dolphin has been great, with good rockfish fishing and now the calicos are starting to bite! With temps in the upper 60's and the captain looking to add calicos to the count its time to bring out your bass gear and swimbaits (outstanding live bait recently too). The Dolphin is now running 2 trips a day departing at 6:30am and 1:00pm. Call Fishermans landing at 619-221-8500 for reservations. Please arrive 30-45 minutes prior to departure......
