http://www.independencesportfishing.comCaptain Paul Strasser called in this morning with an update from their current 7 day trip. We have had some unbelievable Bluefin Tuna fishing. We had around 200 Bliuefin Tuna on the first day. The fish are 20 to 25 pounds and another school of 35 to 45 pounders. Fly lined sardines are the tickets. We have about 200 more fish here on our second day. We will be heading to the Yellowtail grounds for the next few days.
We do have one opening on trip 16.

Good evening Anglers, after returning this morning from our Tahoe tuna club trip, we want to give a great big THANK YOU to our chartermaster Al Pierson. What an epic trip. Our Jackpot winners were: 1st place goes to Tom Pierson of S LAKE TAHOE with a 75.2 Bluefin, 2nd place goes to Conway Woo from FRESNO with a 69.4, 3rd place was Ken Deck from PLACENTIA with a 68.2 Bluefin, Honorable Mention to Christine Kubota of DAVIS, CA.......
