Captain Ryan of the San Diego just called in with 13 Yellowtail between 15 and 25 pounds for the morning of their 3/4 Day Coronado Island trip. These fish were caught on live bait, surface iron and yo yo iron.
In local news, captain RJ of the New Seaforth just called in with 7 Yellowtail between 25 and 30 pounds for this mornings 1/2 Day trip.
The Tribute returned this morning from a 1.5 Day trip with 27 Bluefin Tuna, 91 Yellowtail and 2 Dorado.

The Endeavor returned from a one and one half day trip catching 57 bluefin tuna, 1 albacore and 63 yellowtail. The Outer Limits is returning from a one day trip catching 20 bluefin tuna, 2 dorado and 43 yellowtail. The San Diego will resume three quarter day Coronado Island trips on Tuesday August 27th. They will be fishing for yellowtail, bass and rockfish.......

The Endeavor's full day charter caught 47 Bluefin Tuna and 11 Yellowtail for 20 anglers. The Pride's 2 day charter had limits of Yellowtail (130) for 13 anglers. The New Seaforth has live squid for bait and managed 6 of the larger grade Yellowtail on the morning 1/2 day run along with good bottom fishing for both the am and pm trip.......
