We spent yesterday traveling up for the most part, although we stopped on plenty of kelps for another dozen Dorado, a few Yellow fin, and some Yellowtails. This group has been very conservative and releasing all the small fish including the small 8-10lb Yellow fin Tuna which is very good to see and highly encouraged here on the Intrepid. Sport fishing doesn't mean killing everything you land and the sportsmanship shown by this group in releasing small grade Tuna helps all of us out here in the future. This morning we are in a nice drift catching Bluefin in the 30-40lb range. It was the classic mad rush to get started and has now turned into 1 or 2 hanging at a time with plenty of fish boiling around. We'll report again later with the end of the days results. "The Intrepid Team"
