What a way to spend the last day of the year! We caught Big Yellowfin all day long today. Our bite started in the grey and ended in the grey. There was a mixed bag of fish today, with Tuna in all sizes being caught throughout the day. The stand out fish today were for Dane Barriault with a 280 and Javier Salguero with a 277 lb Tuna. In all we landed 26 Tuna today that had 5 more Cows in it and the majority in the 130-190 lb class. There were some losses however for all the normal reasons, pulled hooks, chew offs and breaking line. It was a fun day here on the Intrepid. We will give it another go round tomorrow.
