As we travel up the line and tell the stories of the trip we were treated to an outstanding" Brunch On The Intrepid" by Chef Javier!! This was an awesome display of gourmet food and talent by Javier. The brunch included Crab claws, Alaskan King crab Legs, Seafood salad, fresh Hamachi, to round out the Seafood Tower portion. OUCH!! As Javier would put it... The Breakfast portion was of Bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits, croissants, and pastries. Then there was this unbelievable dessert display!!! I will let the pictures do the rest of the talking, but to say the least, everyone was stuffed to the gills with this one. "The Intrepid Team"
